Eastern is a multi-family residential development completed by Western Built Construction in 2022, designed and built to meet the growing demand for luxury multi-unit housing across the Los Angeles metropolitan area. This project required WBC to deploy its full commercial and residential construction capabilities simultaneously — managing structural systems, unit-level finishes, shared amenity spaces, and MEP infrastructure with the coordination precision that only an experienced general contractor can provide.
