Western Built Construction completed the Byredo flagship retail environment on Melrose in 2020 — a 1,500 square foot core and shell build-out encompassing furniture, fixtures, equipment, and all finish work for one of the world's most recognized luxury fragrance and lifestyle brands. Byredo's store environments are globally celebrated for their restraint, precision, and material intelligence, and WBC was selected as the construction partner capable of executing that vision in the Los Angeles market.
 
This project demanded millimeter-level precision across custom joinery, bespoke lighting integration, and the installation of proprietary brand fixtures — all within a compressed construction timeline on one of West Hollywood's most active retail corridors.
